Khiri has three offices in Vietnam—Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang—with 13 team members working throughout the country. Our service stands out from the start with our seamless booking process—our sales people quickly respond, usually the same day, to quote and program requests. We are very flexible with our cancellation policy, and when clients are in-country our dedicated customer relations team provides a warm welcome and are available to offer assistance at any time, day or night.
Pankaj Pradhan, our Country Manager, grew up in the foothills of the Himalayas watching trekkers pass through his backyard. He first realized his dream of pursuing a career in travel in India and Nepal, and is now a seasoned world traveller who has worked with and managed people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Our Vietnamese staff members are well travelled throughout Vietnam, and many have travelled overseas. Ms Hoan, our Customer Relation officer, has a degree in Hospitality Management from an Australian university, and Ms Ngoc, our Head of Customer Relations, previously worked for and was trained by the Hyatt Regency in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our Vietnam team is young and dynamic, and includes recent college graduates whom we are mentoring to become tourism professionals. We are passionate about Vietnamese culture (and food!) and get real satisfaction from showing our clients the many facets of Vietnam—from sea, sun, and beaches, to the country’s colourful ethnic minorities and the warm hospitality of locals.
